HYTEL TERMS OF USE

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using this website at www.hytel.io ("Site"). By browsing, accessing, and/or using this Site, you signify and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please exit and refrain from using the Site. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. GENERAL 1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, including information, services, content, products, features, and functionalities offered by Hytel Pte. Ltd. ("Hytel", "we", "us", "our"). "You" refers to the individual or entity using the Site. These Terms constitute a binding agreement.

1.2 It is your responsibility to seek independent advice regarding your legal eligibility to agree to these Terms and to access the Site.

1.3 Your right to access or use the Site is revoked where:

  • such use violates applicable laws;

  • or the services offered through the Site conflict with local regulations.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without liability.

Additional services, products, or features may be introduced and will be subject to their own terms, which you must also accept.

2. DEFINITIONS Definitions from the original terms remain applicable, substituting "CGU" or "Dragonfly" with "Hytel".

3. PERMITTED USE The Site provides information about Hytel’s services, including Starlink installation, blockchain-based payroll, and AI-powered bootcamps for global talent.

Users must be 18 or older. You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms, and not for any prohibited activity.

You shall not:

  • Interfere with Site functionality or security;

  • Circumvent authentication measures;

  • Engage in data scraping or unauthorised content reproduction;

  • Transmit viruses or malware;

  • Post unlawful or offensive content.

We reserve the right to access, preserve, or disclose your data where legally required.

4. REGISTRATION & ACCESS If account registration becomes available, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. NO OBLIGATION TO SUPPORT Hytel is not obligated to maintain or continue the Site or any of its features. We may interrupt or terminate access without notice.

6. THIRD PARTY LINKS The Site may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices. Your access of such sites is at your own risk.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All Site content is owned or licensed by Hytel and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

8. REPORTING VIOLATIONS Contact us to report illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content after investigation.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY You agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared through the Site unless legally required to disclose it.

10. PERSONAL DATA By using the Site, you consent to Hytel’s collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. SECURITY & RISK We implement standard security practices but cannot guarantee the Site is immune to cyber threats. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES We are not liable for third-party content or services accessed via the Site. Any use is at your discretion and risk.

13. DISCLAIMERS We make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or suitability.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hytel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Site. Our liability is limited to SGD 100.

15. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS You are responsible for securing appropriate devices, software, and internet access required to use the Site.

16. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold Hytel harmless from all liabilities, damages, and claims arising from your Site use, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

17. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without liability. Terms intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Singapore. Claims must be initiated within one year.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Hytel regarding use of the Site.

20. SEVERABILITY & NON-WAIVER If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

21. FORCE MAJEURE Hytel is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control.

22. MISCELLANEOUS Headings are for convenience. You may not assign your rights. Hytel may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
